[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Payment regarding incorrect act a/c

I have ordered for transferring the amount from my old Fibernet account no. (Which I had ordered for cancellation)
To the new Fibernet account as it has been wrongly paid to the old one. I have been waiting for a week, but still there is no response from the customer care service.Kindly look into this problem as soon as possible please.
