ACT is one of the worst when it comes to customer service. If your network gets disconnected because of some issue, you won’t get it back for days together. You follow up with them multiple times where there is an *extremely impolite guys taking your call every time, assuring you that the problem will be fixed the next day first half, or end of day based on the time you are calling.
ACT does offer good speeds and reasonable package. But what is the use if you cannot fully utilise it due to regular disruptions?
I have used ACT for past 5 years. This is my honest feedback.
ACT customer service support - Extremely Bad. To be honest, I have never come across a service support as bad as ACT one’s.
Don't go for ACT connection. ACT service is getting degrade day by day. At least 1 week in a month you will face internet connection issue and the worst part is that when you will call customer care they will tell your issue will be fixed within 4 hours 100% sure but it will not be resolved Was this information helpful? |
