I placed an order for ACT OTT device on 11 July, 2020 by paying a security deposit of 1000 INR. Immediately within half an hour of ordering the device, i called ACT and placed a cancellation request. Still for some reason the device was shipped and delivered to me.
After that I placed a return request for the device on 23rd July. Note: The box was not even opened.
Now, I saw in my ACT app that they have even started charging me rental for the OTT plan, so they added 200 + 18% tax on the bill.
ACT provided me a docket number BLRMH10 for Fedex courier. The Fedex pickup was scehduled on 30th July, 2020 and it was collected the same day.
Now today is 20th August, I have been calling regarding the refund many times. Everytime they tell me that I'll receive a callback within 24 hours but nothing haas happened so far. I have called more than 25 times from 11 July. From last 10 days, I have called around 9-10 times. But I get the same response. They have even marked the refund request ticket resolved multiple times.
I do not know how to proceed from here. I am attaching whatever mail communication I had with them.
