I have disconnected my Act Fibernet broadband connection on 1st June 2021. Since I have already paid a subscription for one year, I raised a refund request on 17th June 2021. It's been more than two weeks since I haven't received my refund. I have made several requests through Customer care and email but no use. I took a temporary connection with ACt broadband. It has been more then 2 months since I raised a request for refund. But my refund is still processed. Called more than 10 times. Raised ticket multiple times but my request is closed without refunding the amount. My account number is[protected]
