ACT Fibernet — Refund not received in case of double payment.

On 19th March 5.37 PM i paid for my new connection through PayTM (1280Rs) which said transaction successful but they have not recieved the payment so the agent asked me to pay one more time and this time it went through immediately. Upon asking their customer execs they are justing saying that only 1 payment has been made and we have not received double payment. The agent is saying it happens and people don't even get their moneyback. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment through payTM and expect a refund soon. Had i know this is how they treat their customers i would have never taken their services.
