I closed my act account they need to refund my money. From my side, I cleared everything thing submitted the ONT device. But still refund is not processed, it's been 15 days from the day of submitting the act fibernet devices. When I am trying to connect with customer care they are telling that it will be resolved in 48 hours but there is no progress from 17 days
