Hello Sir/Madam,
I have recently Registered For Act Fibernet broadband Connection on[protected] Within two days the Installation and account activation was Done that is on[protected] From then on I'm facing connection issues, every time I try Accessing the Internet it says the Network has been Connected But No internet Access.
I have tried Contacting your support team from last 5 days But I Don't see any use in that as every time I contact them they say Raise the Complainant, When I raise the Complainant within One day itself I get Mail that the Issue has be resolved and Complaint has been closed, The Thing is No Technician Has Come to the site and Resolve the problem and Just sending FALSE message saying Issue has been resolved.and when ever I call the person who installed my connection I receive no response from them, I'm fed up raising Complaints and listening back Nothing from your side
When you guys pay so much interest in having new connections from us why don't you stay upto Your Standards of Saying that You give quality assurance in your service.
If it's The Matter of suggesting the network to others I would say i, will not suggest this type of pathetic Service providers .As you guys Are so serious in payment Matter why don't you look into providing quality of service.
The main reason that I have opted act was to work from remote places as your connection issue is causing more problems Totally Disappointed From The Act Fibernet broadband connection . That to from a well known Name in the Bangalore, I would say Even local Broadband People Getting better response from their support team. Was this information helpful? |
