I have disconnected ACT services in the year 2022 because of continuous network issues. No one contacted me to return router.
Now in 2023, after one year, iam getting continuous messages that they will contact me to return router. But no one gave a phone call.
I have mailed to customer care also. They said they will take care of issue.
But again I'm getting messages.
If no one called me, to whom should I return router. No one called me when I had disconnected.
But why are you harassing me thorough messages
If you have called me when I had disconnected in the year 2022, I should have given the router, why didn't you called me??? No one called me to return router. I had kept the router to return, but no call from ACT
Even now, you are messaging me that you will call to retrieve router, buy why you are not calling me?? If you don't call, to whom should I return router.
I can't put up anymore
Because of frequent network issues, I had disconnected. If you forgot to call me to return router, is it my fault??
