I am writing to formally request the disconnection of my ACT Fibernet services, as I have not been utilizing them since June 2025. Due to some personal reasons, I have decided to discontinue the connection at this time.

Accordingly, I kindly request:

Immediate disconnection of my Fibernet services.
Refund of any deposited amount from my side, as I am no longer availing the services.
Please note that I may contact you again in the future to take a new connection if required.
