ACT Fibernet — Security Amount Refund Request

I am extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet's customer service.

My broadband connection has already been disconnected, yet my refundable security deposit of ₹500 has still not been returned despite multiple follow-ups and escalations over several weeks.

Every response I receive is the same generic template: "under follow-up, " "on priority, " "at the earliest, " or "kindly bear with us." However, no one provides an actual resolution or even an exact expected refund date.

What is even more frustrating is that I continue to receive calls from ACT representatives asking me to reconnect my broadband service, while my pending refund request remains unresolved. It is disappointing that the company has time for sales calls but not for processing a legitimate customer refund.

ACT also claims that customers can track complaints through the mobile app, but the ticket page only displays a generic "Work in Progress" status. There are no comments, no activity history, no ETA, no assigned team details, and no way for customers to communicate or add updates. This cannot be called effective complaint tracking.

I expected better service from a company like ACT. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and a definite resolution timeline—not repeated template responses with no progress.
