Have raised an SR for installation of a GX box on October 06, 2020. They have provided an ETA of October 14, 2020 11:56:38. But till date no one tried to reach me. I tried to reach support on October 13, 2020 they promised me that the technician has been assigned and he will come for installation before 16:00:00 but no one showed up. Thus I tried to reach support once again today (October 14, 2020). An associate Mani picked the call he said he will arrange for a callback with the technician in 60 minutes. Even that didn't happen.
I was going through the consumer complaints, I could see a complaint on this GX box scam by ACT fibernet.

I don't want to be scammed by ACT fibernet and I would like to have an explanation why the technician didn't reach me on time. And if the installation is not done by October 16, 2020 I would like to have a full refund of the amount that I paid for this GX box.
