My Internet got disconnected this Wednesday 3rd of September 2025.
I raised a complaint SR[protected] (see screenshot)
I got a message that it will be resolved by evening same day.
Today is 8th September 2025 (6th day) Still not resolved.
Daily I get 2 SMS. one telling that they are working with electricity department to restore earliest. 2nd telling that Resolution time is changed to 9pm of that day.
Same every day.
Mine is 300 mbps unlimited plan. For which I paid 6 months in advance for the month of August. approximately 8.5k
I do work from home with heavy usage. I have to work or will loose a lot if there is no internet at home.
If I switch to other ISP then I doubt if the refund will be made.
I need the internet issues to be fixed.
maybe ACT do not got approvals with government. It should not be long to fix caballing. Unless they do something wrong.
Q: When will it be fixed?
Q: Will I get paid for the loss of service?
