ACT Fibernet — Suspension intimation of Account No[protected] .

Dear sir/madam
This is regarding Supension intimation of Account No[protected] .Every month since
March internet is be suspended and then disconnected for due payment of Rs 999 even inspite of paying for plan tarif Rs 3284 of ACT Basic_6M + Free Router + installation free .I don't understand the poor kind of service you are providing to your customer promising one thing and latter doing other thing.
