[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — there is no power backup in the building for act internet.

This is regarding the issue with the power backup - user id :[protected]

There is no power backup in the building for act internet. Act is taking power from the building and said to have some backup as well.

But i am loosing internet when the power goes out. I need a permanent solution for this, i do not want to relay upon the building power or the shared backup, i do have backup at my home and i will need a direct line from the.in the building somebody is already having the direct line from act.

If you are not able to give the direct connection, i need the disconnection of the
Internet and i want you to return back the money i payed for the 6 months deducting the required.

Reaching you via customer care is a tedios and one day time consuming task as its always having 30 people in queue. Thats the reason for this post

I took Act fibernet connection 1 week ago and now second time I got internet issue within a week.
First time I raised a ticket and get it fixed.

Now After 1 day again I got internet issue. It says connected no internet.
WAN signal light not coming up on tends router.

I reopened same ticket as the system did not allowed to create new one.
They closed the ticket again but issue is not resolved.
I reopened the ticket again. Still no response.

We reset the router . Unplugged and plugged in WAN cable on WAN port .
Still same issue.
Please check the issue ASAP and fix it.
Within a week getting 2nd time internet issue on new connection is really not a good experience.

This issue is resolved now.
Technician who came to my home was good and resolved issue efficiently.
User from another building turned off the Internet which makes us to loose the internet because connection is taken from that building.

Technician who came informed this and told he informed user from another building not to turn off.

However these things Act Service provider has to take care while installation. You will be having better knowledge of this possibility of the issue.
It will be good if you take precaution of this while installation.
