i am act fibernet customer.i want to disconnect the service because i am going back to my home town and will no more stay in hyderabad. i want the connection to be disconnected fastly as i am leaving on 3rd june 2015 .all the time the cutomer service number will be busy and for the first time someone attended the call but after three hours i am getting bil for the month of june .when i am not going to stay and use the service why would i pay the bill ? need a immediate action on this.thanks in advance
