[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Unable to login to my act account

I'm using act storm plan for past 1 month. My plan is for 3 months. Suddenly today on 1st sept, 2020 i cannot login to my account. It is saying that my mobile number is unregistered..!! Also i tried to login using my user id and password but it is saying invalid user id. I checked with the chat bot in act self-care site and it told me that mobile number and the user id both are unregistered. Now after this i'm very much worried that my internet connection may get disconnected also. As i'm working from home constant internet connectivity is major requirement. And this kind of problem is totally unacceptable.

I request to check this matter. Plz rectify this as soon as possible.
