ACT Fibernet — Very Bad Service - Internet Down

Hi, I have bought ACT broadband connection last week and till now more than 10 times the internet was down but the issue not fixed permanently. I have raised multiple requests but no luck. The tickets are closed with Fiber cut issue. Please fix this issue permanently.

My Internet is down again from 28th May 2015 but still that issue is not fixed.
