ACT Fibernet — Worst Customer Experience No Technician Visit Despite Multiple Follow-ups

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced. My connection shifting request was raised on 29 May with a committed ETA of 31 May, yet no technician has contacted me even after repeated follow-ups. I have spent hours calling customer care, only to receive false assurances and no resolution. To make matters worse, ACT is now suggesting disconnection instead of fulfilling the service, despite having already collected payment for the upcoming months. Taking customers' money without providing the promised service and then refusing a fair resolution is completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability, communication, and ownership shown by ACT has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before choosing ACT
