ACT Fibernet — Worst internet provider in bangalore

I am using ACT broadband from last month and its the worst internet service provider in Bangalore.I was using Hathway Internet Connection before and got frustrated with the internet service provided by them and decided to use ACT.Trust me ACT is horrible.Never think about using this internet connection.Most of the time, internet does not work and it takes 30 min to get connected to the customer care.Every day i raise 3-4 service requests and most of service requests get closed without any rectification of the problem.pathetic customer care service.Whenever i call them, they simply say that issue will be resolved within 24 hours and as usual, next day i have to raise a new service request. Hathway was slightly better than ACT.I am thinking to go back to Hathway again.
