I had raised ticket for 5 times till now as I was facing the same issue of Internet not working. Showing connected, No internet. There were multiple responses and late action was taken with temperory solution. I have faced the same issue again now. Planning to change my Broadband as not happy with current service. No compensation or refund given for inncovinence for 1 week no internet and so was charged for full month only(Prepaid). Still asking me to wait for 24 hrs. Was this information helpful? |
