Had requested for a new internet connection and made a online payment of 4241 rupees on july/2/2020. On july 4 or july 5 one person came and said new box needs to be placed for connection and left. Thats it.
Trying to reach out to the customer care, via email, and phone calls but no one is helping to get my amount refunded and not even lifting the phone calls. Unfortunately i am not getting any response to my emails.
I'm frustrated with the act customer care people and they are not responding to refund my money. I have kept nearly 10 emails, they wont respond to emails
Can you please help me to get my amount refunded.
