Act — New Connection Not yet activated though payment given on 27 june 2020

I have paid RS 4491.00 for 3 months pack on Saturday i.e 27/06/2020 but still you staff has not come for installation. One of your staff told me to install it within 3 days. Again I called to your staff for activation but again he said it will take more 3 days from today.
