Act — Refund

I was recently moved from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. i am already customer of act in hyderabad.they told take a new connection in visakhapatnam not transfer the connection. so i was taken a new connection paid 5657/- for 7 months and also from hyderabad account they deposited 3227/-. after taken 2 months not given connection reguralay and somany days lost connection. so i was asked to disconenct and pay my amount refund. they disconenct with out confirming me. after that they told your amount processed. still i did not receive after 20 days. today i was called customer support. they told no refund. Very Bad service in visakhapathanm. that hyderbad amount 3227 and reamin amount from (5657 paid) that account not refund
