I have applied for ACT connection once i made the payment person came and installed the router but account was not activated, i had follwed them to activate the account, but the have not responeded, and then i have raised the refund of my amount.now it has been more then 17 days i have not received amount. and everyday i am calling them the are telling it will process withihn 24 hrs. i
