Act — Refund request

I had asked for my refund amount. It has been more than 25days still I haven't received any amount..every time I have been calling customer support for new refund complaint they open my complaint and its gets closed within 48 hours without getting my bank details as the ACT policy they had given, then I get mail saying amount will be cash back to our account, wat kind of service they offer I don't have any guess. It's been the worst experience I got after paying for this ACT connection..Even the person who made to pay also blocked my no such an disrespectful person.. Everything was Fake..I wouldn't recommend any person to choose this broadband connection..Choose something which gives customer satisfaction..
