Act — Router Recovery Delay | |||
My ACT connection was disconnected on July 14th 2021 as I was leaving to Kerala which is my native. I informed ACT team to collect the router by 16th on priority which is when my last stay in Bangalore was. They confirmed that they will be sending someone to collect. But no one turned up. I followed up on 15th and 16th, instead of them calling me for resolution. No one turned up again. On 16th upon calling they asked me to handit over to my neighbour and they will collect from their. I told them that once I hand it over to them its not my responsibility anymore. They said they have make a note of it. Its been over 2 months now and they've not collected it. I complained to Aplette Authority and nodal officer regarding this delay and that I will no longer be responsible for router as I cant instruct some other person when to stay or leave for my work. Now the recovery team woke up after complaint and harassing me to handover the router or pay for it which is ridiculous. Please look at it. Was this information helpful? | |||
