meter running very fast

I want to draw attention on my meter reading because in last few 3 or 4months my electricity bill is completely unexpectable and we are shocked. I compare my bill with some of my neighbours who are using more electric appliances than me and still they are getting low bills. I request you to do enquiry and do a solution as quick as possible. I do not accept that the meter is recording accurately....

NO RECORD OF BILL - CHARGES LEVIED FOR LATE PAYMENT

In this month bill, adani had charged 100 as lat payment, however i had mad complaint on there customer care number regarding non receipt of bill for billing cycle of[protected] to[protected] in reply of complaint they informed me that they will regenrate bill and send me which not received my end till date, now in this month which i come to know from online view of billing that they charged me for late payment for previous billing cycle...

Cheating on Adani CNG Filling Station at Sector 17, Bypass Road, Faridabad

I went to fill the CNG at Adani CNG Filling Station at Sector 17, Bypass Road, Faridabad, Haryana on 26th Dec 2011 at 10:00 PM. I have been expressing my concerns for several months regarding the change of the meter box at Adani Electricity. They frequently call us and request that we complete tasks we are not familiar with. When we explain that we have no issues with power outages, we clarify that our concern is specifically about the meter box. The meter box for the entire area(10 to 12 connections) remains open, allowing anyone to connect their own cables for electricity. Often, their representatives disconnect the call or instruct us to visit their office for assistance. This has been a consistent issue for the past 9 to 10 months. I am now considering switching from Adani to Tata as a last option.

    My CA no is[protected] I hve received my june 2024 bill of rs 7530. Which is wrong... my billing cycle is of 26th of every month. I hve cleared by bill of may 2024 of around 12000. On 8th june 2024 I shifted from my mentioned address of A1405, sahyadri tower, opp poddar school, upper govind nagar, Malad east, mumbai 400097, maharashtra. Since then my home is locked so there is no question of such excess bill inspite my home being locked for past 22-25 days. Please I need reply n solution on it...please send ur technician there might be some glitch in meter.

      2 Months bill was outstanding with 3330 Rs, My family member paid this on 16 Oct but in Adani App it was not updated and I made Second payment after checking the application, on the same date 20 Oct when I paid another payment of same amount 3330, I talked with their customer and raised complained on email with all the details and proof, still not received feedback about the refund request, did follow up few times too, still waiting for the update.

        Respected Sir/ Mam,

        I have been facing an issue regarding the amount of my bill. I have been charged huge amount on my bill every month even when we not using AC nor Microwave nor washing machine. Last month that is June 2023 we did not use Fridge as well yet I am getting an amount of 5000/- to 6000/- and more. How is this possible please explain. You charge so much amount just for light and fan ? I have logged complain previously many times complaint as well and my meter has been checked as well there was no issue . Kindly look into this matter at the earliest as I do not want to be charged a huge amount for just light and fan. Kindly get back to me as well. As this bill is not applicable.

          I had paid bill of Rs.641.8 on 14th July and Order ID is TXN[protected]TFETNTLTY

          This payment was done to Adani electricity, but it was not credited to the account. It's still showing due.
          Also, in flipkart pay later account is showing due pending payment.

          Kindly do the needful and help in refunding the amount in the pay later account.

              Hi Im a\c[protected].
              i had regular bill up to 800 for single month for all previous year, you can check through your database, now in previously month got bill 2500, 3 time more than regular bill, as no one at home to use that much electricity units. their might be leakage or unnecessary bill hike.

              kindly look ino it as its nothing but just troubling the consumer.

                    My electricity got cut off yesterday around 3pm. And after knowing immediately made the payment as i was not aware and my mother who is a senior citizen stays at the house all alone. I requested the customer care agent to get it electricity fixed asap as my mother is a senior citizen and an asthma patient and he assured me that he will take this case as an emergency and get it fixed. After called 5-6 times the repeated the same thing. And lastly they said the office is closed they can’t do it today but tomorrow. But no electricity since morning.And when i called today the lady on the customer care called me ‘aurat satak gayi hai’. This is unacceptable and will file a case against adani for false commitments and misbehaviour.

                      I have just started living in a Leave and Licence premises in Andheri West for the past one month. When I found the Electricity Bill inserted in the door, I paid it. But I was not supposed to pay it, the landlord was supposed to pay it and I was supposed to give her cash in her hand. I had not read the lease agreement carefully to know this. The landlord refuses to count this as credit to my name as she has an automatic bill payment system through her own bank and does not want to stop or defer it for a couple of months. She asked me to seek a refund of my monies through Adani directly. The bill was for Rs 2030 but Rs 2010 if paid early.
                      Moreover, being new to such payments systems when I did not get confirmation of my payment through my Kotak bank account over the internet quickly enough, I pressed the button again and ended up paying the sum of Rs2010 twice:
                      First payment on 23rd October at 12:53pm and then again
                      Second payment on 23rd October 12:57pm.
                      Please could you refund me my monies into the Kotak account from which it was paid.
