Hi, i am richa here, i dont know why all of sudden my bill amount from 750 to its being doble to 1180 and all, why my meter reading is high, as we dont have any ac in our house, need to check whether some one else have connected their meter reading to ours. kindly do the needful.

I Manojkumar Vishwakarma residing at House no xxx suryanagar powai road vikhroli, Mumbai 400083. Would like to bring to your kind attention of a dangerous Electric meter box installed right at my main entrance and in a very, very badly maintained state by the owners, attaching supporting photos for your reference.

This meter box is openly exposed to heat and rain for the past decade, over the years I have giving the owners repeated reminders to maintain or shift the box in a safer place which is under my iron staircase, but they have ignored all the reminders and give lay excuses, and play a blame game saying the other occupants are not contributing towards the maintenance, this blame game has been going on for over 5 years, resulting in the box getting rotten, 5 yrs. ago the door just broke fell blocking my common pathway, one rainy day with strong wind, and currently condition is without a door, you can refer with the person assigned to take the meter reading in this area, for your reference.

However, all said and done now it gets dangerous, On Monday 20th June 2022 somewhere around the second half of the day there was a loud spark in the meter box followed by smoke. Few minutes later there were three more louder sounds followed by sparks and smoke. That could have set the hole meter box on fire making it completely imposable for me and my family to escape to safety as the meter box on fire would be blocking my only escape route.

The current position of the meter box is in such a place that in case of a real time fire in the meter box, it will be difficult of the fire team to reach it easily and contain the fire before it got big and set my house on fire along with some more nearby houses as the houses in the chawl are very close to each other and some also attached to each other.

I would like to recommend and suggest to re instal the mitre box in a safer place under the owners own wall which will keep it safe from rain, heat and also makes it is very easy for a fire team to reach in case of a fire as the new suggested spot is also safely away from my house.

This electric meter box is a ticking bomb waiting to explode, and if so, who is responsible for any unforeseen incident, The owners or Adani Electric LTD?????
Hence It is my humble request to you, kindly look into the matter and comply at the earliest.

I'm Jagdamba Singh. I am getting very high bill from 3 months. I have filed a complaint about it previously last month but, nothing happened. I am a regular working job, I am complaining again and again but nothing is happening. You are harrassing me
Please look in this matter or I will complain to the higher authority. I hope you will look this matter as soon as possible and resolve it.

My car no. MH47K5846 is due for servicing near toll naka although the toll deduct from my fast tag and at the same time your staff at dahisar toll naka asking to pay toll to my driver, rs. 40 my driver paid and took receipt so pls look into this matter...and rudly behaved with my driver both the times morning and evening and even I am sending photograph of receipt and same time fast tag msg of deduction of toll so do the needful otherwise I will go to consumer court

Plaese repair streetlight

Electricity bill of INR 1830 was paid through on line icici bank yesterday. But unfortunately not getting reflected even after more than 36 hours. The said amount has already been debited from my bank which is a matter of concern.
Requesting to please look in to the issue and reverse the transaction if not credited till date.

The street light in our area is not working since past 1 week. Please look into it. It becomes very dark at night and the construction of road work is also going on in that area. Its difficult for old age people to walk at night without the street light. Thanks!...

Phase3 poonamnagar near sai shanidham mandir street light not working

Since long time I was trying to change our name on bill from builders to my name with online process. But I could not.Due to what reason I could not find. Can you please help on that.
