Adani Electricity — Double Payment issue, raised request for the refund for the extra payment no reply.

2 Months bill was outstanding with 3330 Rs, My family member paid this on 16 Oct but in Adani App it was not updated and I made Second payment after checking the application, on the same date 20 Oct when I paid another payment of same amount 3330, I talked with their customer and raised complained on email with all the details and proof, still not received feedback about the refund request, did follow up few times too, still waiting for the update.
