URGENT To The Commissioner Kapra Municipal Corporation Rangareddy Hyderabad Telangana State RE: Removal of tree stump which was fallen due to Rain and hail storm Respected Sir/Madam, Our house is located in Housing Board Colony First phase beside Canara Bank and we are Taxpaying citizens since 1970. I am 73 Years widow and pensioner, who is cancer survivor and getting treated at the hospital. 1) Due to natural causes, like heavy rain, hailstorm and wind, more than 40 years old trees were uprooted and fell destroying the our compound wall, breaking the electric wires and blocking the side roads around a 4 weeks. We requested one of your supervisors, and he brought a wood cutter, they have cut the tree trunk which is useful and left the stump with roots blocking the road. We paid around Rs. 1500/ certain people to clean the left out debris from the road as we do not like any complaints from our neighbors, due to fact the trees we have planted 40 years ago got uprooted. 2) The contractor who has built the small Cement Bridge like construction. The contractor had left the Cement and other debris in front of our House. After repeated requests to sanitation and the contractor this has not be cleaned from the front of the house. We spent Rs. 500 to remove the debris and kept to the side of the road requesting your sanitation department to remove the debris left by the contractor which has not be done in the last 3 months. Clear harassment by the corrupt contractor who has closed the rain water flow blocking and making it difficult to residents as well creating unhealthy environment. I have left with debris left by the contractor for the last 3 months and the stump with roots left on my front gate since last one month. I think this is harassment by your sanitation workers to get paid for removing the stumps. I would like to know why do I have to pay for clearing the uprooted stumps and why the Kapra Municipal authorities are not taking action to clear the debris and Uprooted tree stumps. I have been customer with scheme named "Adani Pratham" since Feb 2013 & it's been really very difficult to deal with local employees of Adani group. It took one year for them to answer on Agreement to Sale. They do not have protocols or guidelines for customer satisfaction. Their sales officers book flats with fake commitments. They include criterias of hidden costs and inappropriate construction period in "Agreement to sale'. They still do not have actual possession date and also avoid documentation or correspondence regarding it.Though I am still trying to solve issue internally through their senior officials, it may be required in future to report along with supporting documents to district consumer forum. Sales officers keep passing responsibilities to one another. Their staff is not properly trained. The toll free no. does not get transfered to operator if you choose option for existing customer through IVR. The only official available at their construction site to attend customer is security guard. They keep on changing e-mail address prefered for correspondence and do not have sufficient staff to respond back.

I must say although I enjoy working with Adhnani Power a lot, I have been forced to come to Consumer Complaints. I have been working on Adhnani Powers Solar Power East India Prject, and over the last week, due to excessive work I have worked overtime everyday. Today I have been informed by the HR that we will not be paid for overtime. I think this is a bit dissapointing rule from such a good company like Adhnani Power

I was an employee at Adhnani Power, and I had only 1 issue during my tenure there. The management did not seem fit to install Split ACs during the hot North Indian summer season. It was very difficult to work, which is why I resigned from there.

they ask for money for around of 1lac rupees and they give you an offer letter saying that the salry will be 25k per month but they dnt gve any salary and fire the person on immediate basis i[censored] argue with them .
same person is also running company named TOS in sector 63.
SANDEEP is the owner, and the whole is a fraud so be aware .

I have applied for ADANI PNG GAS conncetion on dated 1.3.2010 vide application no 186542 and paid deposit on same date. My residence address is 82 Pankaj Society, Nr Anjali Cross rod, Bhatta paldi road, Ahmedabad-7. SInce last 2 years and 4 months, i have complained on customer care may time they give nos and forget and no any follow up from their. I visit frequently but they not allow to meet proper person and customer care person not take us seriously.

I not understand why they harrass us, as our complete society start connection and start supply of gas regularly. Pipe fitting till kitechen already completed, they only have to join connection. why they avoid us and harrass us? i dont know.

Can any agency in india help us to solve the problem ? Or just i have to wait for more another period ??????

we had applied for png pipe line last year of 07/01/2011
by paying 1000 in advance as an installation charges
but since this time after a lot of complain our connection is not started yet
and last month your company had diged our whole parking for transmiting
pipe line under the ground but since its a month not yet complieted
and we are not able to do any time of work in parking area nor can park any vehicle in parking area
as ur group manager of our area "ADITYA" told not to do the work until the connect the pipe line to ur main line
but we waited for a month there no such work done in our appartment so now any thinks happens in our parking area
your company will be responsible for this issue as we waited for almost 16months after paying the amount u said to us
and yes i have one of complain number which is not yet solved and the number is "C[protected]"

our appartment is situted in vasna
hiren appartment next to madhavan avenue and beside us both the appartment has gas line since year even raghkrupa which is next to our appartment and the middle of the appartment has not the gas line since look so strange

as our apparment authourity is under the procedure of going to file a case against your company for this behaviour
to conusmer court as your company is not even proper answering when question arises for the gas connection

I have a Glass Top 3 burner stove and I am using it from Last 9-10 Months without any problem but after takeing a gas connection from Adani just use of 5-6 days all of sudden today (i.e.[protected] my glass top got broken even when I was not cooking anything on it. Adani's service executive told us that it is a normal problem with Glass Top Gas Stoves. I believe it is not B'coz when they connect our stove with their gas line that gas force was bit higher and we informed him too. still that Executive is ignoring my complaint and not giving any resolution for the same.

I went to fill the CNG at Adani CNG Filling Station at Sector 17, Bypass Road, Faridabad, Haryana on[protected] around 8 PM.

Yesterday I went to the station, the pressure was low so I decided to go again today. So, today when I went there were two filling staff, one of them suddenly stopped the pump @ 1.65 KG (Rs. 52 approx) and he pulled the valve out. He said there was some problem with the pump. Then the other staff person stood in front of the meter, so that I cannot see the meter and the guy who pulled the valve out, put it in again and asked me to hold the gas pipe as it was leaking (According to him, but I didn't find any sort of leakage). With in 10-15 seconds, the Staff person who was standing in front of the meter stood away from the meter and when I looked @ the meter it was saying 4.05 KG. I was shocked and surprised, that how did the meter reached here so quickly.

(Total gas that came was of Rs. 133 (4.15 Kg approx))

And when I gave him Rs. 150, he asked to give Rs. 35 more.(Rs. 133 + 52) (I did not pay him the extra amount). But, not only he harassed me, he warned me to never to come to the pump again or else he'll make me pay the remaining amount.

They have done the same thing to me once before, but I ignored it, I thought it might be my mistake. But when they tried to do it again, It confirmed that there is some problem.

Iam suffering so many problems last 10 months about New Adani Png gas connection.so many times i visited to your adani office,( helmet circle) , lots of phone calls , but no body positives reply to me.

Iam also talked to Adani gas incharge Mr.chiragbhai to my new connection, but chiragbhai said that we can't provide a single gas line. but in my society my neighbor home beside & lower & under already piping fitted by adani gas.so, connection to my home already easy way to piping .


If you can't solve & unattend my complaint , pls.give me a moble no. to customer care inchage of adani png & email id. of head of adani.

So, pls. do needful, & give me a positive reply as soon as possible.

Adani has installed pipeline for png connection at my bunglalow sometime in 2006 but till today no service has been started. I have called many times to find out why they are not starting the service, they tell me that they have to take some permission from city. In our society all other bungalows are getting service and flats opposite my bungalow are now having service. I fail to understand why they cannot provide service in my bungalow.

Dear Sir,
We are facing problem from ADANI GAS LTD we renovate our house and we
paid Rs-3500/- for the Removing,Refitting&Extension of the line the amount
was paid on 13/9/2010 after that once the supervisor came to check line and
we suggest to take line from the Outside but the Adani ltd is not providing line
in that manner so we agreed and talk with the manger in Halmet cross road
to complete the work immediately till today 13 day have passed but
no worker came to remove line we need fast because of the Stopped work
of Renovate wall tiles,we have waited so much but at last we call customer
and inquiry of our work but the customer name Sneha vagela told to pay
Rs5000/- more for the work till that no work will be done Now after 13 days they
are saying to pay more amount we don't agreed,
Now we are requesting that Either the work is to be Done in Rs3500/- only
or the line is to be removed for the cancellation and renovate work.
We are canceling connection of Adani Gas for the in-convenience of the service

I request you please look in to matter and solve my problem earliest.

5 September i turned my car inside gas station and i droped in the hole with car and CNG guys laughing and my parents and me inside the car [censored]S,My whole car filled with water we could have died because of GAS station, when i asked for help GAS station manager said we canot do anything.

In brief,

I turned my car to fill CNG gas station Adnani in bypass road near turn of sector 16 faridabad when i turned my car i dipped with car in large hole in front of gas station which is inside gas station area my parents are sitting in the car including me and the whole car filled with water and gas station guys are laughing on us we can died because of that whole but they still didinot came for help and said to us we cannot help you then i called SHO and my brother to take us out from that hole really disgusting Adnani Gas station guys [censored]s they do not care about person dying in gas station ,when i asked the other person they asked me pay rs 700 we will take u out i said why 700 rs they told us manager inside the gas staion take half of the money with US so u have to pay for us this amout otherwise no budy will cam a help for you .


I will mail all bad things happens yesterday on thi reputed Adnani gas station bypass road near sector 16 turn faridabad to all IT employes and news guys so that Adnnani name will not destoried .

We have paid the deposit for Adani PNG connection before 3 years. There was a lot of delay in laying the pipelines. Now that the pipelines have been laid, the company is delaying the gas connection.

We have already invested rs.10,000 for all the pipeline boring and deposits and still we are facing the inconvenience without the conenction.

We stay in a joint family and we have only 2 cylinders and are facing a lot of problems..

Kindly help to get it solved at the earliest.

From Last 2 billing cycle I got wrong bill ,it will be more then I am using. So might be possible the gas has low Colorific value so it would burn very high comperison to LPG.

Other thing is I can;t get my LPG connection because ADANI send the request to stop my LPG supply and without my permision my existing GAS supply company cut the connection.

My connectionwas with INDANE GAS(UNITY GAS SERVICES,PALDI,AHMEDABAD) Connection no. 14979.

So kindly help me to send my case to ADANI GAS AGENCY.
