[Resolved] Adani Gas — Bill without usage

Hello Team, I have a gas connection for my flat in Gota Ahmedabad. Customer number : [protected] I have received 2 bills for march april and may june 2020. We were out of town during that period. We did not use single unit of gas during that time. Still I got billed for those months. I have written several emails on the customer care email address but did not get a single response. However, I have paid for previous months i.e. April May 2020 even if I've not used. But that happened again. How can we get billed without using a single unit of gas. Verified Support Jul 13, 2020 Adani Gas Customer Care's response Ref- Cust id - [protected] Sir, Invoice as per estimate meter reading has been raised, due to lock down restrictions the field activity for meter reading were suspended. In absence of actual meter reading based on your consumption pattern estimate invoices are generated. Estimate invoice could be revised on receipt of actual meter reading. So kindly share the actual meter reading with customer support helpdesk, so that estimate invoice is revised. Alternatively download the Adani Gas mobile application for invoice/payment details along with meter reading submission and many other services at your fingertips.
