[Resolved] Adani Gas — Incorrect billing | |||
My Customer ID is [protected]. I am in receipt of my latest gas bill # R[protected]. This consists of billing for the duration when our meter was non functional from Jan to May 12, 2013. When I called on the customer care, he asked me to visit the Maninagar office. When I went there on 24th May, a confused and rude customer care rep Jinal Sharma attended me. She told me I have been charged at the rate of 0.619 units a day for the meter non operational duration of 133 days starting from Jan 1, 2013. I have already been charged for 5 units in the invoice dated 28th Feb 2013. If my gas meter was non functional right from the first day of Jan '13, then how have they charged me gas charges in the invoice. As per Jinal, I am over billed for 5 units in the current invoice but one of her colleagues Anish told her not to give any reversal to such customers as every customer with incorrect billing would come to the office asking for refund.
