Our builder had requested for a connection to be made during the construction.
However, when the engineer came we asked if the piping could be concealed as per our kitchen design. The engineer said it is a company policy and cannot be concealed to which we agreed and specifically said that we do NOT require the piping or connection.
After this we did not even contact the company to come and install
However, on 12th September an engineer came and installed the piping into the kitchen while we were not there and there were only paint labourers at the house.
They have drilled large holes into the kitchen tiles which we did not want.
I would like an explanation for the following:
Why was the installation done without prior communication?
Why was it not communicated by Adani engineer that the customer has requested not to install the line?
Even after the system shows that on 1st July the customer requested not to install why was the engineer resent?
Why did the engineer not tell us that you will need to get a refund processed otherwise Adani will automatically send a engineer to your place? Was this information helpful? |
