We are using Adani GAS services since last 9 years and was paying for the usage continuously before the due date. We have proof of timely paying the bills as we have done all the payments thru cheque till now. After using one of the best GAS services, we have come across with very weared experience in last month, we received letter from Adani Gas Limited to pay Rs.13, 098/- amount on account of defective GAS meter which was identify by Adani GAS limited almost after 3years [1030 days as per letter]. I feel very bad when the mistake was done by Adani GAS which was rectified after 3 years and even after that in letter you mentioned “if the amount will not get paid, customer have to pay late payment charges” which is very insensible sentence.

How can a company like Adani GAS can send letter stating amount as Estimated [Assumption] based invoice ? It took 3 years for Adani GAS limited to identify the meter is faulty even after your Adani executive visiting our home on monthly basis for meter reading activity. Being customer centric organization, one should understand that invoice or payable bill cannot be generated basis on the estimation.

Additionally, the calculation which was given in the letter is not suffice enough to justify the total amount. You cannot take avg usage of certain period and directly multiple it with the faulty period. This leads to incorrect calculation. There will be chance where few months our house is locked and no usage. We are using our electric water hitter since last 1.5 years which will have clear impact on the reduction of adani bill.

Recently we have received bill of Rs.13, 700 amount including Rs. 13, 098 [Due to Faulty meter], we have paid actual usage amount of Rs 602 on 4th Feb, 2017 . This is to inform you that, we cannot afford to pay such huge amount on behalf of Adani GAS agency’s defective GAS meter. It’s not our fault, its clear irresponsibility of Adani GAS limit to failed to identify the issue after 3 years.

Request you to do the needful and provide satisfactory revert on this issue on priority.

    The company is facing technical issues due to which bill payment can not be done online, but still they are forcing me to pay via check and not accepting to take my payment after they fix the technical issue in their online payment.The customer care people are saying they would apply late charges but are not ready to wait till the problem at their end gets resolved.
    I request you to look into the matter as they are charging me late fee even when the problem is at their own end.

      After 7 years o[censored]sing Adani Gas connection for our Kitchen and 2 Gas Geysers, just 2 days back, all of a sudden some people from Adani came and told us that the Gas Geysers connection is illegal since it has a "T" installed for distribution of gas between the two Gas Geysers. When they were informed that all the piping and installation was done by the Adani installation team only 7 years back, first they were adamant and did not even agree that this can be done by an Adani employee. After sometime, we were asked to provide the name and numbers of people who did this installation 7 years back and if we cannot this means that this illegal connection was done by us. And for this, there can be a penalty will be 2, 000 to 3, 000. That too for the work done by their employees only who never told us that this was illegal. And their behaviour was extremely unprofessional and rude to even the female members of my house who initially interacted with them before i rushed home after leaving all office work aside.

      After a lot of arguments we were told that this is a safety risk and therefore it should be replaced. Considering this, we agreed to get it replaced and asked for a solution. Their solution was that today (on a winter Saturday), they would cut the connection, I should then go to the nearest Adani Centre and fill-up an application & make payment. Once payment is received, Adani team will come & do the installation which means my family will be left stranded without a working gas geyser for 5-6 days in the cold December winter.

      After some more arguments they understood the point and said that disconnection will not be done but we must complete the procedures on Monday and there will be no penalty.

      Today when I go to the centre, I am told that whatever the onground staff says that is not valid, what is seen in the system, charges will be as per that only which means a penalty of 1, 000 and the connection charges of Rs. 2, 875 for getting a new connection point (not a completely new connection with new piping). This new connection point hardly requires 6-12 inch of piping since both the gas geysers are installed side-by-side. But for some reason, Adani Gas is hell bent on not listening to anything and charging me Rs. 1, 000 for no fault of ours and Rs. 2, 875 for a new piping of 6-12 inches and connection point.

      THIS IS NOTHING BUT A LOOT BY ADANI GAS. THEY ARE ONLY MISUSING THEIR MARKET POSITION !!

        It’s been more than 2 months I have applied for Adani Gas connection. I have recently bought a new flat located at B-802, Binori Solitaire, Behind Sobo Centre, South Bopal, Ahmedabad.
        I have got the gas connection in kitchen after several follow ups with Adani Team. I had also applied for gas connection for 2 bathrooms for which requisite fees was also paid at the time of taking connection. Though I have got the gas connection in Kitchen, I have been following up with Adani team for connection in bathrooms. More frustrating is this whenever I call Adani officers, I have been given numbers of different contractors (like Raj Contractors) who are doing work for Adani.
        Please note that I have been interested in taking services from Adani and therefore I should be dealing with Adani officers only. There should not be a case where the customer need to struggle with third party contractors.

        I would like to highlight one more point that the person responsible Mr. Mitesh (from Adani [protected]) has shown highly irresponsible behavior in this regard. While collecting the cheque for the connection he had given us wrong information about the connection and TAT with in which the connection will be done. Now when I call him for help in this matter he is behaving very rude (even not talking properly). I expect Adani is hiring correct people who take required responsibility while performing their duties. This person is bringing disputation to Adani as I have asked several other members in my society who have the same opinion about Adani because of just one person. You can imagine that on one side people has no option other than using Adani at the same point of time people also have disrespect for the company just because of this person.

        This is my humble request to lodge a complaint against this person who is bringing disreputation to your company and to take the matter with higher officials of the respective department.
        This matter comes under employee accountability where role of HR comes. A third party will never invest his time in writing such long mails unless the matter is very serious.

        Even I work with a corporate where consumer requests are at least heard by us to provide a solutions to them. However we never show an irresponsible behavior by rejecting calls of client and giving rude and poor answers. This behavior of Mr. Mitesh has given a very wrong impression to me about the hiring quality of Adani.

          As per govt. Notification all petrol and cng station will be take Rs. 500/- notes against rheir products till 11/11/2016. But your manibagar pump not tajen from me Rs 500/, note against by bill of Rs. 418.84, bill mumber MC:00008911 & sr no 00013314
          However please not my complain and give me justification in 24 hrs. Otherwise I will take further action against your co. Including consumer protection council. Your pump not given any indication outside of pump also.
          So do the needful at the earliest

            Installation without authorisation

            Our builder had requested for a connection to be made during the construction.

            However, when the engineer came we asked if the piping could be concealed as per our kitchen design. The engineer said it is a company policy and cannot be concealed to which we agreed and specifically said that we do NOT require the piping or connection.

            After this we did not even contact the company to come and install

            Pipeline work got over on 5th Oct but the executive who attended to my connection did not bother to carry out the requisite conversion of the gas stove from CNG into PNG. He hoodwinked my wife saying this conversion is not in the preview of our work and managed to get the feedback form signed.

            On 6th Sep I called the customer care and explained the situation to your executive.She put me on hold for about 3 to 4 mins and got back to me saying " we will send our team and get the job done". I waited for the team to turn up till 8th evening but in vain. Since I had no option to get going with my stove I was forced to get it done from a 3rd party, paid him Rs 700 for the job.

            This attitude of your executive towards the customer is uncalled for and sends a wrong message into the environment.

              I Dr Vipul Patel-([protected]), Committee member Vishwaniketan Flat, Behind Modi Bharat Petrol Pump, Satadhar Cross Road, Ahmedabad wanted to inform you that CNG compressor of above mentioned petrol pump is creating excess noise due to which residents of our colony are facing lots of problem. We have complain many times but no positive reply was given from petrol pump authority as well as from Adani Gas Pvt Ltd.
              Further more, He has not maintain necessary space between residential area and compressor.

I have received First notice from Adani Gas Ltd. at 14th June 2016 around. for payment of penalty / modification charges against unsafe condition of Gas installation. We talked with customer care officer immedietely for knowing exactly reason. They were unable to give us satisfied answer. so i asked for the proof like images of hose pipe for which they penalised us. They told me to do mail. I did mail at 19th jun 2016 .They didnt give reply by mail again despite of many reminders. Now they again sent notice at home on[protected] for the same and threatened us by discontinue of gas supply if we not pay penalty within 15 days which they demand without giving any justification. Today[protected] I again talked with Consumer care officer Ms./Mrs. SHIVANI madam. but we dont get satisfactiry reply/response.

                  We have opted for connection 6 years back and its still not acitvated. Few days back we have got the letter for refund reason falsely mentioned as denied by us after 5 years. Post that we have been writing to customer care and nodal but falling on deaf ears

                    My customer id is [protected]. We applied for new png connection at ashapuran appartment, ramnagar, sabarmati, ahmedabad -380005 on 03 rd january 2011 along with the other applicants of our appartment. But till date the supplies to our appartment have not yet started.

                    Out of 17 members in our appartment more than 10 people apply for adani png and remaining are pending since long.
                    Many a times complaint for the same is done but no proper response / action have been received / taken from the company personnel.

                    Now when we all decided to not go with adani png line. We want our application fees back which was 1200 rs at that time. Adani gas limited is ready to provide money back but only 1000. Why not 1200? Actually they should return back to us with interest but they are not doing that.

                    Request you to please do needful.

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      Regarding the same, I / we have a Adani Gas (PNG) Connection is with last 5-6 years, and we pay regular basis also.

                      But, last 1 year we receive less amount of bill due to some our personal & social reasons. After some days we see and doubt that there are some problems, so we contact their office at Maninagar and ask for that, after 2 - 3 days there service person come our house and replace that meter new one without any clarify with us.

                      Now, we get bill of about 600 – 700 and after 3 months (recently) they give us Debit Note of Rs. 5444.00 against that last 802 days meter gets faulty; so you have to pay that outstanding amount before due date and late payment charges etc.

                      After, that we contact at nearest maninagar office but their customer lounge / counter girl says that you have to pay outstanding otherwise it will be get in legal for due payment.

                      Now, this situation what kind of action we can take for this matter and solve. Why should I suffer and pay additional money because of Adani Gas (CRM) miscommunication and dealing with respect to details in billing. Why? I pay this other Debit Note bill coz of stupid mistake of Adani Gas department.

                      Below are the bill details for you information. Please let me know on this asap so that I may have idea to go for consumer forums or not.

                      I requested that CRM Girl / Executive to generate new bill for my actual consumption for this month which I bound to pay not any additional money added due to their mistakes.

From adani gas for reason we have not pay for actual gas consumtiuon .In this regards we specially ask to adani gas company we have not know how our gas consumption bill is above how many ruppes in 2 month bill. For this refrence we ask to him how to give u me d.N. Because w have every period and specially all dt.[protected] to[protected] already gas consumtiones bill received and we pay it for in time.

                          we have been sending multiple emails for an expedited connection, since everything is ready in our buliding and the cheque was also given long back to adani but only after our follow up the cheque got cleared.

                          but we are recieving the same response from adani, that the connection would take 90 days which is very very unfair . we have been using adani in our exisiting flat for the last 6 years and inspite of that recieving such service

                            Respected Sir,
                            Yesterday I had complained for the same. Your team had visited and checked the leakages with the meters and told that you have to change your gas flexible pipes due to the leakages. I had followed it immediately and changed. I also make it sure that there was no leakages from the flexible pipes at all though i had made the changes and make sure about the fault diagnose by your team. I had taken the
                            Sir, my age is 75 years i am not in a position to handle such kind of physical or mental stress. For the last one year i had been suffering from the economical loss due to same. My questions are as follows.
                            1. Your team are just showing the faults only no rectification.
                            2. Earlier also some person came and told us forcefully to change the pipes and we
                            have done it costing us rs. 1000
                            3. This time also your team had told the same and we had followed very next
                            moment.
                            4. Still the issue is same.
                            5. I had taken the images in my son's mobile last night at 5.00pm and today at
                            5.00am. The meter shows movement of three steps at no load. I am attaching
                            the images for the same.
                            6. If it moves 03 steps of last digits in 12 hours means 6 steps a day, which is
                            equal to 180 steps a day which is taking hundreds or rupees monthly
                            unnecessarily
                            7. I also sending images for the same. so please it's yours and your's fault only to
                            be cured and refund me the amount as i am retired "Dalit" Community person
                            having no pension and other sources of income
                            So justify me urgently or i will consider it as an atrocity on a Dalit .

                              I want to put complain about adani cng pump sarkhej .they cheated to the customer.when we filling cng gas their machin automatically stop and said amout randomly and again start machin so they take 2 time money and cheat.i have 3rd time experience of them.so staff is not well.cng pump is situated at sarkhej road....

                              Dear Consumer Complaints team, I need your support to sove my one complain regarding PNG gas connecting re-connection. My name is Nilesh Ramavat. I'm leaving in Ahmadabad, Gujarat. This Dipawali i renovate my house building. So i requested Adani Gas to disconnect the gas line for some time. According that they disconnected my gas line. After renovation i requested then to reconnect it. But after so many request on phone call every time i receive masses that they will connect it asap.                                   I Smt.Sharda Kadwal owner H.No.21, Sector-16, Faridabad hereby submit as under:- Today the 16th june 2015, your team of worker, plumber came to my house to fix the gas pipeline .They have fixed it unmannered consuming double the pipe length.Inspite of my request, they didnot lisned.This way they have 1.used double the pipe length 2.have deface the wall withe unnessary pipe.3.They have further told that I have to pay extra for this fault of their.On my asking to get me to the incharge/manager, the plumber told me that He is all-in-all, very surprising.Now your goodself is requested to inquire the matter and stop supplying the gas to my House until my satisfaction from your side.                                     Today I have deposited Rs:- 1685.00 against Gas pipe line (copper) shifting due to Kitchen repairing work As per representative of your company he said it will take 15 days for removing & 10-15 days for restoration, during this much of long period how we can manage without cooking gas Our kitchen repairing work will take 2 days So kindly complete your formality in 2- 4 days, I hope your company can do this work in said time if you put your best afford
