I have raised multiple times complain regarding modification of current gas line in which i want to switch the location of my meter which is currently in the kitchen to outside the house near door (we have a proper location to set it up).
I have paid all the charges Adani gas requested around 2 months prior but still the my issue is not resolved by Adani gas, I have raised multiple request to call the executive to complete the request of modification but no one is coming at the location and they close the complain without doing any visit.
When i call to customer care to check the status they simply say executive attended to your location and your internal renovation is still ongoing so we closed but actually the renovation work of kitchen is long completed and the executive are not visiting the site.

I have not received till today a proper justification on any of the complains i raised.
Need support from consumer forum to help me with this issue as Adani Gas does not listen to the customer who pay for the service but still don't get what is promised by Adani gas service. Was this information helpful? |
