During my visit to Adani Customer Card Center, Drive In Road Bodakdev for New registration request post getting possession from Builder and as per process of submitting documents 3267/- Charges are application which is ok as per New Connection activation.
But with that they are suggesting to pay 1770/- for modification if required from my side and asking about what is inclusion of this 1770/- but they are not able to give this and gave the answer that this standard charges.
And i denied to pay because i didn't require any modification then affirmative answer like " Else your connection will not be activated..." and arguing on this by staff including leading of that team supervisor.
Now if i request to do modification for Gas Gyser Point then they gave 2950/- including all with upto 5 mtr pipe & if extra then 295/- per mtr charges.
So my question & activation is still pending due to i request to give clarity as per below about Rate card ::
So I asked clarity on this as per below to nodal & grievance officer also as per Company website ::
1) Activation can be done on already Set Up was given by Adani itself inside New residential Property ?
2) If modification require from customer then charges should be standard as per actual modification meter (/mtr) and it was given 295 /mtr .
So pl consider this as my complain to resolve this issue.
