I purchased a mobile phone Redmi 9 power model on 29/05/2021. I made online payment of ₹9404/- But they do not provide information about delivery of Mobile. After that I decided to cancel order & get refund. But there is facility on site to do that. I sent mail but after 7 days there is no information about refund as well as no phone calls. After reading the reviews, I shockd.
Please help me to get me refund.
