Addmecart — Refund of a product I ordered

I have ordered as mobile phone on add me cart website on 15/Jun/2023.
And i got the the mail that i will receive the product within 4-5 days. After a week i did not get any update from ADDMECART, so i told them to cancel my order n refund my amount. But till date (24/Jul/2023) i did not get any refund n every time when i ask them about the refund they told me it is under process. As per Addmecart policy refund will be credited to customer account is 07 working days. Request you to do the needful to get my refund back.
