Adidas — adidas shoes defect

I ordered these shoes in aug 18. I have work these shoes just 6 to 7 times.. Hv even washed them once but there seems to be some problem with the texture of these shoes. I[censored] see closely it has some sort. Of thick. Layer of dirt which doesn't go at all. The texture has becom rough totally and it accumulates dust in seconds even after washing.
I need a replacement or something needs to be done about it. I can't be wearing them like this. There is some. Problem for sure. I have paid 8k and this is the state in just 6 to 7 times of wearing. Pls escalate this. Mattter i want something to be done asap
