I bought these pair of shoes from adidas select city mall on 19.08.2018 upon using them right shoe top side centre near the toes the knitted cloth is wearing off initially it was very small and unnoticeable but with time it is it is increasing day by day.     I regret to inform you that the material of the Left shoe, the net position of the upper surface damage of within three months of purchase.

    I have been a regular customer of your product since 2007 you can look my purchase details in your record.
    I request you to replace my shoes as soon as possible.

      adidas shoes defect

      I ordered these shoes in aug 18. I have work these shoes just 6 to 7 times.. Hv even washed them once but there seems to be some problem with the texture of these shoes. I[censored] see closely it has some sort. Of thick. Layer of dirt which doesn't go at all. The texture has becom rough totally and it accumulates dust in seconds even after washing.
      I need a replacement or something needs to be done about it. I can't be wearing them like...

      Hi, i bought a adidas shoes from ip sigra varanasi showroom my shoe size is 7 but by mistake they gave me 8 which i came to know when i reached home i live in another city so i contacted retailer and informed him he said dont use the product i will replace but i met an accident and it took me 2 months to recover now retailer is saying item is out of stock i cannot replace.

        I would like to bring it to your notice that I have bought a pair of shoes from adidas shoes store sridevi associates India pvt ltd at In hose no 3-6-240, OM Towers himayathnagar hyderabad 500029. I bought it on[protected] very sad to say within one month of purchase I noticed that the uncomfetable upper part of shoes is getting pain. I have approached the store manager and asked him for the return, he suggested me to file a complaint to the customer care.
        Shoe uppers got worn out/torn within 2.5 months. invoice dated 24 Dec 2018 uploaded. photo of shoes uploaded. Please replace

          I order a shoes but half size smaller, so i called costumer service and requested a exchange, the representative told me that was placing the right size on hold on the wherehouse and send me a return shipping label, so i did! Printed and put all back in original packaging box and shipped back to adidas for the replacement on the size “ on hold “ after a few days with no information about my exchange i contacted via app messenger and the gentleman give me tracking number for the exchanged item, after i got done chatting with him i checked to see the status with the givin ad tracking number and to my surprise... It was a false information, since the order was on hold because there was nothing on hold for me!!! They told me today that the item is not available so i have to wait (No idea) how long for the replacement!!! Unbelievable!!! So now i’m without the gift i purchased for my wife that was a 1/2 size smaller and can’t get her the 1/2 size bigger because of a false information given multiple times from the costumer services at adidas!!!

            Dear Sir/Ma’m,
            I would like to bring it to your notice that I have bought a pair of shoes from adidas shoes store AMRITVARSHA at In front of Pillar No – 83, Sheikhpura, Bailey Road, Patna - 800014, Bihar. I bought it on Wednesday, 25th April 2018. I started wearing that shoe from Monday i.e. 07th May 2018 but it’s very sad to say within ten months of purchase I noticed that the upper part of shoes is getting detached. I have approached the store manager and asked him for the return, he suggested me to file a complaint to the customer care.
            I have been using the products of adidas since long time and purchased almost 12-15 pairs & this time I found the product is unsatisfactory. I am highly disappointed by the quality of the product I bought.
            However adidas is known for its quality and comfort but this time it is not justifying its brand name.
            Hence while I am writing this to you and request you to suggest me proper channels/ways to replace the shoe and regain my lost confidence in adidas products as I never expected this type of quality from a well renowned, reputed and international shoe manufacturing company.
            This is my humble request to please take care of my concern as soon as possible and make provision to return my shoes.
            Hoping for an early and positive response.

              Today i bought a adidas pure boost go shoes from adidas store rajpur road dehradun for rs 12000 but same shoes is available on online websites for rs.[protected] and same shoes but other colour is available on adidas official website for rs 7199-. Which was also being selling for rs 12000 at store..
              This is a huge difference in amount. Stores are making fool of people..
              I request adidas to compensate me the gap amount..

                I recently bought size-8 adidas shoes from an outlet store in dlf city centre mall chandigarh, india. I now want size-9 shoes but they won't replace the shoes and are saying that this is the outlet store where shoes are not replaced/returned/exchanged once sold.
                I called them and asked for replacement but they straight away denied.
                Kindly help me out guys.
                We have buy a product from one oh the adidas store in kamla nagar we have bought a lower and the cloth quality is very bad and we didnt like it at all it has pint on all over it and only one month ago we have bought this piece and get pint all around it

                  Yesterday, 20th january 2019 at 6:30 pm i went to the adidas outlet in hsr layout the complete address is (434, 27th main rd, sector 2, pwd quarters, 1st sector, hsr layout, bengaluru, karnataka 560038).
                  While there i was trying on shoes without shoes in front of a store employee, suddenly some random guy with stupid blonde here came over and started shouting at us as to not wear the shoes without socks. When we told him that even though the store employee was standing right next to us he did not inform or ask us to wear socks.
                  On telling them that it is not the correct way to treat customers, things got heated up and they threatened us with goons. The exact words were "i will make a phone call and a 100 people would assemble in front of my shop, i am not afraid of the police" when we tried to leave the store, another employee closed the door and refused to let us leave, they shoved us and threatened us with headbutts. They asked us where we were from as a form of north - south bias.
                  This is extremely traumatizing and i would like strict action to be taken against the above mentioned store

                    I am wrinting to u to raise an issue about adidas shoes.i m a regular customer n believes in adidas products but this time i m really shocked n disappointed.

                    I had bought adidas shoes from rohtak (haryana) on may 2018 for myself but within 8 months shoes are tearing from front . I discuss my problm from where i bought but got nothing . I paid rs 3420 for the shoes.

                    There is no further positive response to my complain.

                    I m really disappointed.

                    Please contact me to find a solution .

                    I want to replace the product. Product quality is terrible and cheap. Being an international brand, this was not expected. Poor quality cloth was used!!!

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back

                      Company send me all ready darty product and size issues not give me replacement
                      They said that our product is quality check and then they delivered the product but i think that they cheating with customer, company are not interested to replace money that 'a why when we return product in there quality testing room they rejected the product because they can not interested to give our money
                      I think they are something is doing in their quality testing room u return clean product then also the product is dirty how it's possible? I think something is wrong
                      So please don't feth on company policy

Same product and color is offered on adidas website at 60% discount... How can any authorized outlet charged more than a price which was fixed by company. Kindly resolve the issue and respond asap...

                          N the month of august i had bought a jacket for my son who lives in us from your mg road bangalore main store paying a huge sum. I was supposed to courier him but couldnot so so. This december when he came for christmas holidays i gifted him the same. He loved it. However after some usage when we washed it the jacket became dark grey in colour. Lost all the colour and sheen and he left behind the jacket. It looks like it has been washed everyday.
                          I never expected this to happen and hence i am writing this email. I called up your customer support number and they said since the product is more than 3 months old we cannot do anything. And asked me to write this email.
                          I would request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
                          I am attaching it’s picture too.
                          I want to continue as a fan of adidas and therefore request that this matter be resolved.

                            Sir i purchase pant from adidas and after some time it’s logo is remove continuously and when i complain for it then they refuse me. And i mailed them and they refuse me in it also.. I think it is a fake product. It defected within 15 days.. When i mailed them then they refuse me by saying that it is a bear and tear problem.. Sir i just want to ask him that i purchase other product from adidas but there is no bear and tear in that..

Last week n as i am typing this mes its jan 3 2019 ..i have emailed many times..i dont understand why my money hasant been refunded .

                              I have purchased adidas shoes worth rs. 4500 from celebtation mall udipur 6 months back.. I must say that the quality of shoes is very very very bad. I dont know for what you people are charging us by the name of adidas.. My shoes are unwearable the sole of the shoes has already gone which was told to me that it is very good.. I must say you people must look after d quality pf shoes..                                 I am writing this in reference to my recent order no.[protected]. I returned this item because i was not satisfied from my purchase. I could feel each and every stone underneath but now when i contacted customer care on chat they told me that the product failed quality check.

                                I am furious if i am not satisfied with the product then what does that have to do with your quality check.

                                I have always bought adidas shoes but they were all great and now when i am not satisfied i am getting this response.

                                Today i got to know that adidas doesn't care about their customers. I am never ever going to buy adidas again. You people just ripped me off.

                                  I have purchased a sandals from Adidas mangalore store and it has broken in a way that it can’t be repaired. I have also uploaded a picture of the same sandals. I enquired a cobbler and he said me that it’s broken in a way that it can’t be repaired. The same sandals is not available at the store and it was not worth the price I feel.. I need a guide for the same.

On wearing i found scuffing /removal of thread. I went to ghatkopar rcity mall for return. Manager told, an email will come on your account for replacement. Till today i neither received any email not a call from ghatkopar branch, even follow up constantly. I feel sorry yo say it is name sake big brand selling substandard quality t-shirt with no responsibilities to take complaint seriously. Request you to response me by today on my phone or i have to take legal action against company or go to social media... How this big brand cheating and misleading the consumer. Looking forward for quick response

                                      When i bought this bag from ganpati creation sports & styles scp - 51, commercial urban estate -2, 125005 hisar. Contact no.[protected]. Adidas logo not okay. I saw this after one or two days than i was visited to above mention address regard change this bag but they said this is not our fault so you have complaint it on company website. So request to you please take necessary action regarding your company failure product. As per your policy either you changed the bag or you mark again okay tag.
