ADIDAS the name says it all...n with this hope i went to purchase a pair of shoes..but to tell actually d name says it all..the name stands nowhere and so do the people in the showroom...the rastic, rude and impatient behaviour shown by d salesman was next to have been thrown away...or as if he was doing us the customers a favour by selling his product...let me tell you in this world people workin as salesman have to respect the customer as they pay to their owners...they don't do us a favour by attendin us..instead we a do favour by buyin YOUR PRODUCTS...the erractic behaviour should be taken care of and some stirct action should be taken otherwise the consumer court isn't to far!!!the name of the shop is ADIDAS SHOWROOM, GOMTI BUILDING, LAW COLLEGE SQUARE.NAGPUR...
i went to the shop with my 10 year old child n if that child could understand what was happening in there i guess any person rather than adults like you will understand..a customer-salesman bond should be kept in limits in respect and of all...dignity does come in there...i hope with all of these complaints in my message some action will be taken and as per my advice such boys should be thrown out of such reputated showrooms...!!
my endin would definately state ' HENCEFORTH NO ADIDAS STUFF WOULD BE PURCHASED BY ME .. '
AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE GOT AUTHORITES PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION!

we are ur old customer, your product range is very good ur outlet is to good. but some o[censored]r retailers sell imported shoes and they give reference that ur distributer in patiala .
pls check that distributer who sells wrong type of adidas shoes, that effects ur image and ur customers values . please take necessary action aginst that firm.

    I bought an expensive shoe and wore it couple of times in 7-9 months period and now i see the shoe opening up, in the sense that the top and the sole are coming apart.

    You do not expect something like this from a renound company like Adidas. Last shoe that i will ever buy in my life from Adidas and would advise the rest to do so as well.

    when i went to the store to replace it they told me no, adidas shoes is not the one that can leave for a long time it needs a special treatment.

      smelly

      Like the nike problem this also happens to the adidas product. They both use the same materials and bonding materials
      so when the boots get wet they after a period of 24-36 hours
      start to smell as though next doors tom cat has peed on them.
      do adidas customers get their money back !!!...

        Order no: - 0GA[protected] for Adidas shoes, payment done on 7th september but still not get my shoes, so many times i called to their customer care and many mails sent to them still i did not get any response them. please register this complaint and give better solution.

            Adidas Bag & Holiday voucher — Non receipt of free gift articles

            Dear Sir,
            Already I have sent an e-mail regarding the non response in the system as per the directions sent in the free gift intimation (Step 1 to Step 5) got along with invoice no. ORB[protected] dated 28/05/2008.

            As per the reply received from the club, I contacted customer care and I was told to access again through online. However the access is not successfull.

              Dear Sir/Mam,
              I had purchased an adidas jacket from the showroom located at JM Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. during the time of purchase they assured me that the jacket is waterproof and it is a rainy jacket but while using it for two days i came to know that the rain water leaks into the jacket through the zip and it gets wet inside from the shoulders. when i complaint about it they agreed that all the those pcs were deffective and its been 3 weeks now they haven't replaced my jacket i visited 3 times to the store and even talked to the Area Sales Manager (Mr. Rochit Bansal) but they did not helped me at all, they are not ready to refund my money and every time i visit the store they say we will call u when we will have the stock and its been 3 weeks now.
              pls do let me know what can i do now?

              I had purchased an adidas T-shirt from the showroom located at ferozepur cantt.pin-152001 punjab india. during the time of purchase they donot told me reg. this fact that these pieces are deffected and due to this comp. given discount. no pumpflet was there in this regard. but while using it for two days i came to know that the piece is deffecected.There was manufacturing deffect in swing. when i complaint about it they agreed that all the those pieces were deffective now they haven't replaced my t-shirt.i visited 1 time to the store and even talked to the Sales Manager (Mr. Rahull) phone no.[protected] not helped me at all, they are not ready to refund my money.I want to replace that t-shirt but sales manager show me a small pumpflet and forced me to pay more for same t-shirt is with same show room .if my t-shirt will not replaced with same cost or not refund my money i shall never purchage any item of adidas and i will tell my every known person in this regard.I visited the store they said we will call u when we will have the stock and same t-shirt is with them.do let me know what can i do now?

              THROUGH THE MANAGER, ADIDAS NEW AGE MARKETING RETAIL DIBRUGARH, ASSAM

              Sir,
              With due request I pray to state the following;
              That Sir, I had purchased one Adidas shoe from your showroom, with item description[protected]/G02602/8/TIRAND III/ on 05/02/2010 vide bill no CS9/1850.
              Further Sir, at the time of purchase I was given the assurance that if there is any complain within 3 (three) months from the date of purchase, then the shoe would be replaced.
              That Sir, within 1 (one) month from the purchase date, the condition i.e. the outer appearance of the shoe has become such that it is no more wearable as admitted by your executive.
              Further Sir, I had made a verbal complain, in the month of April, at your showroom, and I was assured that the shoe would be replaced.
              But to my utter surprise, no positive step has been made and I do not have any information regarding the status of my complain.
              So I beg your good self to kindly look into the matter with urgency and arrange to get the shoe replaced at the earliest and obliged.

              Adidas — bad quality football boots

              i bought a pair of addidas kaiser football boots in august. I play in a local league every sunday and from the start the boots have been uncomfortable, with the studs coming through the sole. every week i have lost studs, but this week i found 6 studs had come out including the inserts so i cant replace the studs. not good enougth for the money i paid out.
