Adidas — brken studs!

hi I ordered an adidas shoes, ZERON L45350 from snapdeal, within few plays two studs got broken from the left foot, causing me injury, what is to be done, i complaint snapdeal, they are saying they are just a platform, i want my compensation, They got the shoes from RM ENTERPRISES, tulsi nagar, new delhi are they also not your authorised sellers?? please help because I feel cheated.I will attcah the invoice. maisam [protected]
