Adidas — Non payment of refund | |||||
I had bought items worth rs 1, 599 from shop. Adidas.co.in order no.[protected]. For some fault on the part of the courier service (Ecom express pvt ltd) the order wasn't delivered and was returned. However on contacting adidas, they said they haven't recieved the shipment back yet, and that they can only process the refund once they recieve it. However when i contacted the courier service they said that they had returned the shipment to the shopping portal.in the midst of this my refund is not being addressed.
