Adidas — Refund for Adidas football shoes

I had recently made a purchase on 14 October for an Adidas x speedportal football shoes.However i requested for a return. The package has reached adidas warehouse but i haven't recieved a refund.I request Adidas to provide me the bank details form so that I can get my refund since I had made the payment in cash.
