I, Abhinav Sharma, am writing to you to voice my deep dissatisfaction with both the quality of my Shoes and the service I received at the Adidas Showroom on M.G. Road, Agra.

On 23/09/2021, I purchased at the above shop a pair of black and green climbing shoe model number EX3727 SIZE-8 at a good price of Rs.4999 with bill number S1653-T1-SC1916. I was assured by the shop assistant that the shoes are of incomparable quality and comfort, suitable for the most extreme mountain conditions.

Unfortunately, neither quality nor comfort proved to be the case, even though I meticulously followed the instructions for use.
The sole of the shoe is coming off gradually which was assured to be of good quality.
On asking the store staff to repair/replace, they asked me to leave as they couldn’t do anything from their side.
This misbehaving attitude of the staff has compelled me to think twice before purchasing the company products.

I understand the warranty period issue, but I would have let it go if they were torn by an accidental case.

Being a regular buyer of your brand’s products, such poor quality was not expected from such a reputed brand and Thereby makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.

      I ordered pair of shoes from adidas on 20th October 2022 which I had to return do to the size fault. Adidas scheduled my pick up date and took the pair of shoes from me. And my product was returned to them but as per the conditions they had not yet given me a link in which I have to fill my bank account details. I kindly request adidas to me a link so that I can fill it up and my refund is given to me.

        My refund have not been processed

        My two order one for defective one who they agree to refund and i courier them the product and product was delivered for last 1 month this story is going on and the consignment ment number is U19830597 by delhivery and the case number is 50702322
        i have repeatedly mailed then all the details t they say gibe us 4 day and no response and again same story

        Another item order number AIN01938035 this product have been returned...

        My Order, AIN02025223, placed on 22nd October 2022 didn’t get shipped for more than one month now. When it didn’t ship for almost 10 days, i raised a request with adidas customer care to cancel this order. Since then, customer care executives only keep telling me that they are creating a ticket and escalating this issue to the concerned team for cancellation. Till now more than 5-6 complaints have been raised but, their escalation team doesn’t take action at all and due to this, my amount of 22, 999 is stuck with adidas. Please cancel this order and give me my money back

            I received an email on Oct17/2022 confirming that the refund for my return was successfully processed but the refund has not reflect on my account and more than a month has passed.
            How will I receive my refund? in case of wrong bank details?

              I have bought Adizero Boston 10M from stores at Worldmark, Gurgaon dated 15th July 2022. Within 2 months of purchase shoe was found to be defective and had started wearing from the back. I have to discard using the pair as this started hurting in the back of leg and started bleeding. I am not able to walk till the wound is healed and cannot express my anguish further.

              I was travelling and informed company about this in 4th month of purchase, they closed the ticket saying that warranty period is over and cannot assist further.

              This is shocking, you cannot sale product that cause injury to customer.

                Hello,
                I bought a pair of running shoes in August 22 that was about Rs 8000. The sales lady at the time told me that it had a warranty for 2 years and in case there is any damages within the warranty period, it will be replaced for free. I informed her that I live in Ireland so if there is any damages, would they be able to accommodate me? She reassured me that she could. But when my parents in Guwahati, Assam when back to the same store that I got my shoes from to complain about the damages in the shoes and show pictures as proof, the salespeople there said that they cannot issue a refund, replacement or discount of any sort without having the actual shoes at hand. They further informed that the warranty was just for 3 months and they cannot confirm that my shoes would be replaced if they do not have the damaged shoes at hand before the warranty period ends in 3 months. I think it is completely unfair as I was misinformed and after paying so much, the shoes are completely worn out within 3 months. It also not logical to post the damaged shoes through an international courier service as that would be really expensive. I would request you to look into the matter and issue me a reasonable solution.

                    I had placed an order worth Rs. 2999 on 14th October. I had to return it due to some size issues. The order was delivered to their warehouse on 26th October, Since then I have made multiple calls and written multiple emails but havent received a satisfactory response. The customer executives are'nt aware reason for the delay and claim that it will be processed in 48 hours everytime I call them.

                      This is regarding order no AIN[protected]Tailored Backpack for her black) of a total amount ₹1835.57 returned on[protected] . The order was received by the adidas warehouse in Gurgaon on[protected].Even after several calls to the customer care, the refund hasn't been processed. I have been asked to wait for 2 more days eveytime i have called. They have stalling the refund ever since.
                      I am hoping I'll get a speedy response and refund from their end after this request.

                        IT start when i ordered the shoe on 16th September 2022 from Adidas India and due to some quality issue i had returned the same on 27th September 2022. The product reached the Adidas warehouse on 29th September. From 01st October onward i am chasing the Adidas customer support team on my return status and initially they waste the time by saying that we have some issue in our warehouse and we have not received any confirmation from warehouse on product quality check, they wasted the whole October in that, I chased them around 5-6 time in the moth of October itself, every time they ask me to wait for 24, 48, 72 hours and we will get you refund initiated. There comes November when i called them they informed me that we got the status update from the warehouse but i don't know why it has been stuck from our finance team side. I have already asked them to escalate the matter 5-6 times. Even after escalations their internal team/ Seniors/TL/Supervisors are not interested to revert on the escalations. Today on 15th November 2022 i called them again they told me there is still no revert on the escalated mails as of now and they repeated the same sentence, please wait for few days. I am fed up now with their service and they customer care is of no Use.

                          I bought a new pair of sliders. The basic thing that everyone expect from a sliders is to give grip . But these adidas sliders does not provide that. I fell from the steps yesterday because of this sliders. Not only once but thrice. I got injured badly. What if I fell and something bad happened to me.

                            Hello. I have made an order from online store. I already returned the product and got an email from adidas team on 24 October 2022 but I have not received the form where I have to fill my bank account as I made a payment via COD. However I have received the tax credit note and I dont know where adidas will refund to since I have not yet received the form. Please solve this problem. I already try chat and call with the agents but the line were always buzy. Please help me.

                              On 1 Nov at 11:57pm, i tried to order a shoe from adidas. My money got debited but it said payment was failed. I tried again and the same thing happened. My money got debited twice. After 10 days also, i still did not get my refund even after talking to customer service for so many times. My case reference number is 52908288.

                                  I had tried to purchase from Adidas website through my debit card but it was showing payment error, but when i checked my money was deducted from account the cost was 1649.50 rupees. Therefore i had to order through cash on delivery option. Due to the reason that my order was not and money was deducted from account i need a refund for it.
