This is regarding order #AIN01091895.
I placed an order on 14/07/22 for a pair of sandals, which I returned. The payment was made via cash on delivery mode. The return received by the company and I got a mail stating that return was received by company on[protected] and refund has been initiated, however they did not ask me for my bank details.
Till date[protected], the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was ₹1249.50.
