Adidas — shoes alpha bounce manufacturing defect

I bought the shoe from gwalior store at dd mall on 8th july2017. Its been only 2months and the top cover of the shoe (The skin) is tearing away like crimpled paper. The owner refused to honor the complain and said he can only get it stitched when we all can clearly see iy cant be done because the cloth has torn away. Request to pls honor tye complain and take the needful steps to rectify a genuine manufactiring defect.
