I purchased the product from myntra online. The order number is[protected]-5545601. The product is under warranty for manufacturing defects. The stitches have come off from the left shoe. I want the product to be replaced as soon as possible. This is the first product i have purchased online that has come defective. The myntra customer care says that there is 30 day no use exchange. But i have used the product only twice and the stitches have come off.

I buy a sliper of adidas order with tracking id[protected] when open i the packet the product seems good but when i use it it was totally rejected peice it was damaged from in inside when i used it then only i found that it was totally rejected peice that's why this snap deal give a huge discount on this product i want my money back or replace the item what is the procedure please mention.

I bought the shoe from gwalior store at dd mall on 8th july2017. Its been only 2months and the top cover of the shoe (The skin) is tearing away like crimpled paper. The owner refused to honor the complain and said he can only get it stitched when we all can clearly see iy cant be done because the cloth has torn away. Request to pls honor tye complain and take the needful steps to rectify a genuine manufactiring defect....

I have bought a sandal worth 2799 from an adidas store forum mall bangalore.
I am unable to wear the sandal for more than 1 hour as my little fingers on both feet hurt during a normal walk.
Upon asking the store they say they can't do anything.
Never expected such a reply from the great adidas store.
Request each and everyone to use the product for ample amount of time before actually buying it.
Atleast 10 to 15 minutes wear and walk to know where it hurts.

I have been remitted rs.840 through inb payu payments private lim from sbi having the transfer no [protected]igabththi2 transfer to 459 for the purchase of kids jursey on 2 august 2017. I have not received the product even today. Please take immediate steps to solve my grievance. My mail address is [protected]@gmail.com. At the time of ordering the product you have claimed that the product would reach to my address o before 20th august. Now one month already elapsed. Please make necessary arrangement.

I m ur regular customer since 2002. On 03.06.17 i purchase 1 pair sleeper frm e-14, connaught place n. Delhi (2519 rs/-) & i started to use from 28 june 17. Bt on 11 august 17. I noticed& surprised tht sleeper foam is cutting & disturbing place to place. This is manufacturing problem. Pls change or replace tht sleeper. Thanks!!

I have bought the questartf (Aq6632) shoes for rs 9299/- on 14.02.2017. It is an expensive shoes atleast for me.
Its one eyelet is broken and even throat material is also torn simultaneously which is prima facie is big manufacturing defect. After complaining to the store on 11.08.2017, they said we will lodge the complaint. Yesterday they communicated that the complaint dated 18.08.2017 is rejected due to the fact out of warranty.
It is learnt that they might have have not correctly described the defect.in your communication (Copy attached) you mentioned that the shoes is out of 3 months warranty.
Can you please explain that such an expensive shoes are manufactured for 3 or 6 months. Due to the defect the laces can not be passed through the eyelets (Images attached) and shoes can not be wore in present condition.
Shall i throw away such an expensive shoes in 5-6 months.

Sir i purchased adidas shoes by order no. 11636272. Due to size problem i have returned back. This on cod mode. Now i want to purchase new shoes but my account balance showing nil. Before this many months account show my balance but it disappear now a days. I also talk to your customer care on dt[protected] but not resolved.

I purchased shoes a month ago blue color size (42) from adidas supplyer "you mark" witch can be trust.

My complaint as follow:

The right shoe has problem in shape it tends to right instead of left. It can be recognized to naked eye.

While l am wearing my shoes barely feeling by difficulty immediately but after long time pain waking starts.

My opinion it is manufacturing problem.

So l hope there is serious action will take about the product.

I am contacting you in regards to my purchase of (Two) 2 pairs of black adidas tracksuit pants with both having white lining on the inner part of them.
Both pairs are less than 3 months old and the seams on the front and back of both pairs of pants have split at their seams, exposing the white inner lining.
I personally have purchased alot of adidas clothing in the past and i have never experienced this problem previously. I have tried to mend them myself although this has been very unsuccessful.
I am very disappointed in the fact that i purchased not only one pair but two pairs of the same product and this has occurred to both.
I feel that its important that i inform you of my disappointment, and hope that this will not occur again.

I brought a pair of shoe with the artical no. Bb4855 on 30% discount at 2:20pm today. I wanted to exchange the color of the product. So i went to the showroom to exchange. They told me that the other color pair has been sold. This incident seemed quite funny to them. First of all the salesman that sold the product to me did not come to discuss the problem with me. Secondly, the manager seemed quite amused. Perhaps its because im a woman and i struggled in debating. I dont like being laughed at. I have had many experiences of these insulting incident from various places. The fact that i was not able to exchange my shoes did not annoy me as much as the behaviour of the patriarchal man who enjoyed my struggling to communicate. I am a multilingual so i had trouble expressing myself. But this does not allow anyone any liberty over me. I m sick how a lonely woman in the patriarchal society is harressed everyday and in every form whether big or small. This may be small but surely important.
I sincerely hope you atleast read this and think about it.

I bought questar boost from bhopal store online 17 july i realised that it has defect at the back side.. If asked the store for refund but they do not reply they are just wasting my time
I went on official website of adidas india and it is mentioned there that you can get refund within 30 days of purchase
But store is giving me baseless reasons for not processing refund

We purchase 01 climacool aeroknit size (M) t shirt from patna fraser road outlets on june 21st, 2017.

But within 01 month we surprise that above t shirt conditions is very poor, shows white - white roughness in whole t-shirt.
We very old users of adidas products, but after looks products we too vaist.

So pls look at this matter vvvery seriously and take a quick action.

I am prarit agrawal i bought my adidaas astrolite running shoes on 20 june 2017 via flipkart. The shoes were not defective but within some days wearing their sole in broken. The handling and the wearing of the shoes was decent but now their sole is broken. Kindly please tell respective department to exchange my shoe with the new one of the same model. My size was 8 (Uk)

I bought a pair of slipper from adidas 2 months ago for ₹3300 and after 1 day the logo came off i complained about it and gave it back after 2 months they gave me a new pair on 18th july 2017 and again the same thing happened after wearing it for 1 hour the logo came off i am damn sure adidas is selling fake products in the stores they don't even take any action if we complain so this i'll take a very big action against adidas
