Adidas — Shoes warranty claim

{I purchased a pair of Adias X ghosted .3 FG from flipkart on 3rd October 2021. Order ID: OD[protected]. It's been 2 months exactly since I purchased this shoe and I would like to say the shoes are a complete disgrace and pathetic. The quality doesn't seem like it's from Adidas and the build feels like a first copy or something. The issues with the shoes are - It's completely biting all of my fingers and has given some major shoebites. I tried with 2 socks and wearing it with bandaids on my fingers but all went in vain. I have previously purchased so many adidas shoes but it has never happened before. Refer pictures attached - The shoe is wearing out in some areas . With wearing out I mean that the material is getting weak and thin as you can see in the pictures - The shoe's pasting is getting separated from the sole as in the pictures from several areas. Also the pasting is visible on the outside of the shoe which I think cannot be seen in ORIGINAL ADIDAS's shoes. Refer Pictures I have used them in optimal conditions which Adidas recommends for the Shoe. I have worn the shoe around 20-25 times which is not much. I highly doubt that the Shoe is not original and is rather FAKE. I request you to refund the money which I paid for the shoe as I am highly disappointed and I have suffered mental and physical harassment by purchasing this Shoe from your RENOWNED BRAND which I now regret}}}} This is the complaint I sent to adidas regarding my football shoes on Dec 4. After this they approved my warranty claim, asked for my bank details which I provided them. But after this, they did not initiate any warrant claim. Several Mails were exchanged between me and them (screenshots attached). They kept on giving the excuse that they have forwarded the issue to relevant team and will reply back. I called them 12-13 times after Dec 4 within a span of 1-2 months every time explaining the issue to different customer executive and they would try the tricks of cutting the call in between or otherwise promised me 4 times on different occasion that their senior executive would call them back and then, I never received a call back. I tried everything within my power, from emails to calls, But every time I face harassment. It has been almost 5 months now and there is no solution to my complaint. As a law student, i am aware of my consumer rights and request you to intervene in my matter and help me get my hard earned money, amount totaling to 2591.
