The shorts that I purchased from Adidas Malad Oberio mall, got torn post 3 months as I hardly wore it, else am sure the defect would have come up within the 3 months period. after following up with the store guys and online with customer care people, the standard reply I received was the product was out of the scope of warranty i.e. 3 months. This is ridiculous as a brand like Adidas is saying any defect after 3 months will not be entertained. Then why buy from such a big sports brand. A local vendor will also take the goods back in 3 months . I am sure if this would have been a case with Shoppers Stop and I would have brought from Shoppers a product of Adidas, I would have not faced this problem. The individual store are really unfriendly and very rude I also have the mail trail follow up with customer care people and their standard reply, and a picture of the torn product was shared with them
