Aditya Birla Finance — personal loan foreclosure process

It's been almost month that I have raised a request for personal loan foreclosure. They asked me to submit foreclosure issuance charges. I have paid that on the same day, they shared details. But till date I am waiting for their final foreclosure letter which is supposed to be shared by ABFL with me in order to close my personal loan. Too lengthy process.

This is very irritating and wrong process whereas others take just few hours for this process. Actually this process is wrong. In case of other banks you just need to submit your final amount DD to close loan.

It's been more than a month that I have requested foreclosure letter.
I was issued a case ID(546541) for foreclosure letter.
At the end of 10 working days period I received a mail from customer support as rate of revision request on the Same Case ID.
Without my consent they changed the content of the Case ID.
I called up Customer support spoke with customer care employee (Roshni) after much assurance she issued me 2nd Case ID(563791) with my request for Foreclosure letter but again after 10 working days period customer support has mailed me Request for revised ROI under same Case ID. And my case stands Closed as per customer support.
This is illegal way of looting people when they want to clear of the loan.
I am going to complaint to RBI against Aditya Birla Finance.
Aditya birla is just making fool to his CUSTOMER. Its been 2 weeks i have asked for foreclosure letter but no response, even CUSTOMER care not responding, all are ### & stupid people saying they don't have any idea .

Either you people send me letter today itself & close my account with aditya or else be ready to pay the penalty.
It's a big fraud Aditya Birla capital does, when you apply for foreclosure. It's more than one month and still I haven't received any documents yet. They just send mail ticket resolved but doesn't send any documents. I have continuously mailing customer care, Siddharth berry, Abhinav Chaudhary and grievances team, but still these spineless people haven't provided any documents. Whereas I had recieved home loan within 2 weeks that too in lockdown. But still begging and waiting for foreclosure documents.
It's high time the CEO of company should look into this matter or else soon people won't take any loans ahead
